Hi! I’m Sam. I am a REALTOR in the Topeka and Shawnee County, Kansas area. I have 26 years of experience and love what I do for a living. As you can see I have a pretty good resume. I sell around 25 homes and year, that's one about every 2 weeks. Enough to to be in the Top 20% of Topeka area Realtors and be able to pay a lot of attention to each and every one of my clients' transactions.

I’d sure like to help you buy the home of your dreams. As a Buyer, I will search high and low to find you a home that you like and can afford. I won’t show you ones you can’t or ones that don't or won't fit your needs. I will put you on an MLS watch list so you get the newest listings first. I’ve never talked anyone into buying a house but I have talked several folks out of bad ones. Sometimes, I tell them they should rent and not buy. Not very profitable but all of us sleep better at night.
If you are a Seller, I put maximum effort into exposing your house to the most potential buyers possible. I have a written Marketing Plan to share with you. My goal is to get you the highest price possible in the time you have to sell. I will help get your house in shape to sell and price it accordingly. If we use our heads, it will sell along with the market and you will be thrilled. I want you to be a success not a horror story.

So, I know I can’t get you to like and trust me without meeting with you face to face. That makes some people nervous because they think they will be sold something or make a terrible mistake. I have been with Berkshire-Hathaway/Prudential for 13 glorious years and because I'm pretty good at my job, I will NOT let that happen.
